Job summary

VFI Food Pte Ltd is seeking a Culinary Administrator to support the Production Manager with admin and data tasks across daily production. You will maintain records, assist with recipe costing, and prepare production reports, coordinating documentation with multiple departments.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in F&B or related field, 1–3 years in F&B administration, and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
• Familiar with F&B / food manufacturing processes and costing.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with good numerical and analytical ability.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing, production reports, and Excel data analysis.
• Use intermediate to advanced Excel for data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production administrative-related matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and other production-related tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the Company.
