Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Culinary Administrator for JTC Bedok Food City, Singapore.

You will handle daily production administrative work, data entry, reports and costing, coordinating with Production, QA, Warehouse and Purchasing. Qualifications include a Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary or related field and 1–2 years in F&B administration or production administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
• Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
• Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Working Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 + Performance Bonus
