Confidential Search is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead data center technology, engineering and infrastructure across APAC. You will define the platform strategy, standardize engineering practices, drive AI-ready, high-density environments, and oversee multi-country development and operations for hyperscale and enterprise clients.

Lead a regional tech organization, partner with the CEO and Board, and shape sustainability, resilience, and innovative energy and cooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 20 years in mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, cloud or digital infrastructure.
• At least 10 years in executive leadership positions, leading multi-country data center platforms.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, AI, cloud, colocation, or large enterprise environments.

• Lead engineering and technology across development and operations portfolios.
• Oversee due diligence for new developments, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
