Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a Senior Director of Portfolio & Transformation to lead strategic planning, governance, and stage-gate assurance for its 1.8GW hyperscale data center portfolio across APAC. The role interfaces with the Chief Data Center Operations Officer and drives capital allocation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data center operations, critical infrastructure engineering, or capital program leadership.
• 5+ years managing managers or functional leads across multiple countries.
• Experience owning a stage-gate or portfolio governance model for large-scale capital projects ($50M+) in hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance for CAPEX/OPEX programs in data centers.
• Drive Operations Transformation & Modernization including DCIM, predictive maintenance, and energy sustainability.
• Provide executive governance and align CDCOO strategy with stakeholders; manage risk, budget variance, and readiness.
