Job summary

Uptime Institute is seeking a Subject Matter Specialist to serve as regional technical authority for AI-ready, liquid-cooled and colocation data centers across APAC, MEA and Europe. You will provide leadership across the full project lifecycle, guiding hyperscale, enterprise and colocation deployments with deep expertise in high-density compute and energy optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mission-critical data center environments across design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Deep expertise in AI infrastructure and high-density compute environments.
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling technologies and hybrid cooling architectures.
• Experience with hyperscale and colocation data center delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional technical authority for AI-ready, liquid-cooled data center infrastructure across APAC, MEA, and Europe.
• Advise senior leadership, clients, and partners on emerging technologies, market trends, and infrastructure readiness for AI workloads.
• Lead technical strategy for high-density deployments including GPU clusters and hybrid cooling architectures.
• Support master planning, feasibility studies, and investment assessments.
• Provide oversight of BIM coordination, CFD analyses, and energy optimization studies.
• Guide design governance, reliability, and sustainability across global deployments.
• Lead technical discussions with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise customers during pre-sales and bidding.
• Oversee commissioning, IST, and operational readiness for live data center environments.
• Drive innovation, standardization, and regional compliance in IT infrastructure.
