Job summary

Launch Industries is seeking a hands-on CTO to lead architecture and deployment of AI Agent systems for regulated, process-heavy industrial environments across our portfolio companies. You’ll own the technical roadmap end-to-end, from platform architecture through to on-the-ground client deployment.

You will architect an AI platform that operates on live data, drive digital twin initiatives, ensure governance and compliance, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/AI engineering with CTO-level experience.
• Proven AI deployment in regulated/process-critical industries.
• Strong multi-model AI architecture and generative AI platform design.
• Experience with digital twin, simulation or system integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication with non-technical clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy and end-to-end roadmap.
• Architect and lead an AI Agent platform using live operational data.
• Design AI systems for regulated industries with enterprise integration.
• Drive digital twin and process simulation initiatives.
• Oversee AI governance, auditability, and trust.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and manage tech budget.
• Represent the company at events and with partners.
• Report delivery risk and resourcing to leadership.
