Achieve Group is partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will shape the technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization.

As a founding leadership member, you will build cutting-edge AI products and scale a world-class global engineering team while embedding best practices and a strong culture. You will lead architecture decisions and guide distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in system architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Hands-on technical background guiding architecture and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
• Lead critical decisions on AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Balance rapid delivery with scalable, long-term engineering design.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization.
• Establish engineering best practices, standards, and a strong engineering culture.
• Partner with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.
