Job summary

Responsibilities
- Own overall technology strategy and roadmap for the company, spanning infrastructure, data architecture, and tooling
- Architect and lead development of an AI Agent platform that operates on live operational data
- Design AI systems for complex, process-heavy workflows in regulated industries
- Lead technology transfer efforts to scale deployments across environments
- Drive digital twin / process simulation initiatives to model and optimise workflows
- Own the AI/data governance framework ensuring auditable, explainable outputs
- Make build-vs-buy decisions and manage technology budget
- Represent the company externally at events and with partners
- Report on technology strategy, delivery risk, and resourcing to leadership
