The role oversees the end-to-end development of Humanoid Robot Guest Service System and AI-powered analytics, while building and mentoring a cross-functional team across AI, software, data and UI/UX. Qualifications

• Experience leading technology strategies at senior level (CTO/Head of Tech).
• Proven background in AI/ML, robotics, IoT or complex software integrations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology vision, strategy, and architecture for digital initiatives.
• Lead development and integration of core projects: Humanoid Robot Guest Service System and AI Analytics Platform.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional digital team (AI, Software, Data, UI/UX).
• Ensure seamless integration of robotics, AI, software, and backend systems.
• Oversee timelines, resources, budgeting, and technical quality.
• Champion innovation, scalability, and operational excellence while managing technical risks.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
