Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to develop, implement, and admin­ister the CSL course series. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and focuses on content ideation, design, video editing, and copywriting for CSL’s digital platforms.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in programme management or experiential learning, with strong communication and social media skills to drive engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong content creation, social media, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience in programme management, community service, or experiential learning is preferred.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and photo/video editing tools.
• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor CSL initiatives independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Curation: develop, publish, and share multimedia content to grow the CSL Office’s digital presence.
• Stakeholder & Community Engagement: secure long-term participation and support for CSL requirements.
• Collaboration & Integration with Team: ensure CSL requirements align with undergraduate programmes and institutional needs.
• Programme Leadership & Execution: lead scheduling, registration, and tracking of students’ graduation requirements; manage claims and reimbursements.
