Job summary

OKX is hiring an Ad Creative Strategist (Creative Producer) to lead the creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across major channels. You’ll translate complex crypto and finance concepts into compelling ad messaging while managing external vendors and tight timelines.

We’re seeking a data-driven storyteller with hands-on experience in scaling assets, knowledge of crypto, and proficiency in English copywriting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance ad creative strategy and production.
• Solid knowledge of finance and familiarity with crypto/digital asset industry recommended.
• Personal investing experience is a strong plus and provides user insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Iterate on creative direction based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
• Develop understanding of finance and crypto; translate product propositions into ad messaging.
• Manage external vendors, controlling output quality, timelines, and costs.
• Track industry and competitor creative trends to deliver differentiated asset strategies.
• Collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams from concept to launch.
