Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior creative strategist to lead performance ad creative across major channels. You will translate complex crypto propositions into clear, high-impact messaging and manage external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns based on data, staying ahead of market trends and maintaining brand integrity across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance ad creative strategy and production.
• Solid knowledge of finance and crypto, with crypto/digital asset familiarity.
• Established network of external vendors and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Iterate on creative direction based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
• Translate complex product propositions into compelling ad messaging for crypto and finance audiences.
• Manage external vendors (creative agencies, production teams, KOLs/influencers) and control output quality, timelines, costs.
• Track industry and competitor trends to deliver differentiated asset strategies.
• Collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams to ensure efficient execution from concept to launch.
