Job summary

OKX is seeking a product-driven marketing leader to accelerate growth for NEA. You will own the product growth strategy, work across Product, Growth, and regional teams, and translate crypto product insights into scalable user and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Strong CeFi and crypto product knowledge.
Understanding of centralized exchanges and trading products.
Data-driven with a commercial mindset.
Experience driving growth beyond branding activities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence priorities.
Fluency in NEA language and English.

Responsibilities

Own the product growth marketing strategy for NEA with measurable outcomes.
Identify growth drivers in CeFi and crypto products across NEA.
Build product-led GTM plans based on local user behavior and market opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams.
Use data to optimize funnels, positioning, incentives and segmentation.
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for major initiatives.
