Job summary

INLINE APPS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Operations Lead in Singapore to unify cross-team processes and decision rights. The role focuses on building the operating system, SOPs, playbooks, and governance to align BD, CSM, Finance, RevOps, and Systems across the organisation.

You will design scalable structures, drive adoption, and facilitate conversations that transform ambiguity into clear, shared ways of working. Mandarin fluency is required for all candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, strategy, or cross-functional roles with a proven process-building example.
• Experience designing, documenting, or governing cross-functional standards (SOPs, playbooks, governance).
• Ability to bring structure in undefined environments with no clear precedent.
• Influence without formal authority across departments you don't manage.
• Systems-thinking and ability to design scalable structures as the organisation grows.
• Nice to have mentoring experience; role starts as individual contributor.
• Languages: English and Mandarin fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Build cross-functional standards, SOPs, playbooks, and decision-rights frameworks that reduce friction.
• Facilitate alignment through working sessions and conversations without formal authority.
• Own the business rhythm by designing and managing monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements across cross-team workflows.
• Establish governance policies and evaluation frameworks for scalable decisions.
