Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or store operations.

• Experience with inventory management and stock records.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain store presentation, product displays and overall store environment.
• Handle stock receiving, stock movement, replenishment and regular stock counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Maintain basic sales, inventory and operational records and reports.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product recommendations and service.
• Understand customer needs and actively convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with customers after enquiries, store visits or purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Proactively identify and develop potential customers through WhatsApp, social media and other appropriate channels.
