Job summary

HLG Warehouse Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Overseas Warehouse Sales Executive to grow cross-border e-commerce revenues from our Singapore hub.

You will develop overseas warehousing and fulfilment solutions, onboard new clients, and coordinate with warehouse, operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service. The ideal candidate will have strong English and Mandarin, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset to expand the company’s overseas

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a strong interest in developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to work with cross-border e-commerce customers and regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers requiring Singapore overseas warehousing and fulfilment services.
• Develop new business opportunities through online channels, referrals, networking and other sales activities.
• Introduce and promote warehouse storage, order fulfilment, pick & pack, delivery and return services.
• Understand customers' business and logistics requirements and recommend suitable warehouse solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing information for prospective customers.
• Follow up with potential customers from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and fulfilment.
• Assist customers with inbound arrangements, inventory requirements, outbound orders, returns and other warehouse-related enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and online communication platforms.
• Follow up on customer feedback and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, sales activities and follow-ups.
• Monitor regional e-commerce and logistics market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's overseas warehouse business.

Education

Diploma or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
