NANYANG CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and align sales with production across Singapore, Malaysia and China.

You will own the Singapore sales target, develop partnerships with interior design firms, and oversee overseas factory performance to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in business development with manufacturing exposure, cross-border leadership, and willingness to travel monthly.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in business development or sales leadership, with at least 3 years overseeing manufacturing/production operations.
• Prior experience in renovation, carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out industries strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing cross-border teams (Malaysia and/or China factory operations) is essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth and align operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Own the Singapore sales target — direct homeowner sales, ID firm partnerships, and B2B renovation contracts.
• Lead, coach, and set KPIs for the local sales team; review pipeline, conversion rates, and quotation turnaround time.
• Oversee day-to-day production performance of Malaysia and China factories, including output, quality control, and on-time delivery.
• Travel regularly to Malaysia and China factories to audit quality, resolve escalations, and drive process improvement.
• Consolidate sales forecasts and production capacity data into a single rolling plan; report to Managing Director.
