Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Risk Governance & Conduct Management professional to help ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk governance across the consumer banking business. You will engage with business units to identify market conduct and cross-border risks, develop policies, and support implementation of controls and regulatory updates.

You will stay current on regulatory requirements, collaborate with stakeholders across lines of defense, and contribute to training and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Degree holders aspiring to develop a career in risk management.
• Audit, compliance or risk management experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance of the consumer banking business, including risk governance and cross-border compliance.
• Engage business units to identify market conduct and cross-border risks and implement controls.
• Advise partners on market conduct risk and cross-border compliance matters across projects.
• Operationalize regulatory requirements with business partners, including digitalisation initiatives.
• Conduct training on compliance matters and disseminate regulatory updates to internal parties.
• Support Divisional Compliance Officer responsibilities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
