Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency for client negotiation and liaison.
• Experience bridging China and Singapore markets.
• Business development or sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms like RED.
• Organised and able to multitask across client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across Singapore, SEA and China.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns on Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Perform market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain relationships.
• Support campaign reporting and translate results for stakeholders.
