Job summary

BOSS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive digital strategy across overseas markets, oversee cross-border campaigns, and expand the company’s brand presence through influencer partnerships and multi-channel promotions.

You will coordinate production, operations and sales, analyze data, and continuously refine strategies to boost client acquisition and project ROI. Fast-paced, global scope role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must integrate resources across cross-border media, overseas KOLs/influencers and marketing channels.
• Strong team coordination, task allocation, process control and performance assessment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the company's global digital marketing strategy including cross-border social media, brand promotion, client acquisition and ROI optimization.
• Manage operations and marketing for core services (short-video production, live-streaming, cross-border influencer collaborations, media promotion).
• Handle client requirements, quotations, negotiations and long-term relationships; develop global brand client resources.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends, adapt marketing plans and improve brand exposure and conversion rates.
