Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. seeks a CRM support professional to provide day-to-day assistance to users across regional markets and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.

You will manage user access, configurations, and data quality, while preparing training materials and conducting CRM training sessions. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, SugarCRM, or HubSpot, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years supporting CRM systems or business applications.
• Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day CRM user support across regional markets.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.
• Manage CRM user access, roles, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain CRM configurations, master data, and system settings.
• Prepare training materials and conduct CRM training sessions.
• Support data quality, cleansing, and CRM reports.
• Assist with SIT/UAT and validate changes before deployment.
