Job summary

InternSG seeks a CRM-focused professional to work with a global team and marketing to conceptualize CRM strategies and analyse data to propose initiatives. You will collaborate with Store Managers to enhance client experience and brand loyalty, including VIP spend reporting and product purchase insights.

The role also involves coordinating with merchandising and marcomms on launches to reach the right customers and supporting gifting initiatives for events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and marketing to design CRM strategies.
• Analyse CRM data with Marketing and Operations to propose initiatives.
• Work with Store Managers to enhance client experience and brand loyalty (monthly VIP spend, product purchases).
• Coordinate with merchandising and marcomms on key product launches targeting the right audience (using existing database).
• Support stores events or collection launches with client listings, gifting initiatives, and HQ alignment.
