Qualifications

• Bachelor’s students or graduates in Marketing/business related disciplines
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or data analytics tools is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• CRM Operational Support: Maintain regional client communication calendar across newsletters, digital editions, clienteling assets and campaigns
• Support rollout and adoption of CRM tools across markets through the CRM Community
• Animate the CRM Community with best practice sharing and regular clienteling updates
• Consolidate feedback on clienteling SOPs, CRM tools and technical pain points
• Support the tracking and analysis of client KPIs where needed
• Gifting, Treatment & Experiences: Regularly consolidate competitor insights on client treatment across the region
• Coordinate client gifting from ordering to fulfilment and feedback reporting
• Support efficient management of gifting inventory and track usage and fulfilment across markets
• Assist in tracking and reporting on region's gifting and client experiences
• Support Private Client initiatives where relevant
