Job summary

Guerlain Singapore is seeking a motivated intern to support our APAC Regional CRM and High Clienteling initiatives. You will gather, analyze, and interpret client data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized engagement and increased client satisfaction.

You will develop reports and Power BI dashboards, assist with event coordination, and support gifting programs while collaborating with markets and the Regional High Clienteling Manager.

Qualifications

• 6 months full-time internship from January to July 2027.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze client data from CRM and other sources.
• Develop reports and Power BI dashboards to track engagement metrics.
• Support personalized communication strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Assist in events and gifting initiatives for regional programs.
• Coordinate with markets and liaise with the Regional High Clienteling Manager.
