Competenze

• Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science and AI or similar
• Strong analytical and structured work approach; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in digital platforms, CRM, and customer experience and AI enablement
• Able to organise assigned tasks, manage deadlines and work independently with guidance available when needed
• Open-minded, composed, and quality oriented
• Team‑oriented mindset with intercultural understanding
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing and keen to learn new tools, systems, and data-related skills

Mansioni

• Coordinate and follow-up data, reporting, digital-platform and transformation requests between PAP, Porsche AG and regional markets
• Support monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and performance tracking
• Monitor data quality and support KPI governance across markets
• Assist with omnichannel touchpoint evaluation and improvement plans
• Prepare data-driven reports for internal and external decision-making
• Handle incoming quotations, invoices, and coordinate with Finance
• Support digital transformation programs including AI adoption
• Prepare documentation, steering materials, and project updates
• Coordinate across teams with markets, Porsche AG, and agencies
