Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to review and optimize email marketing and CRM operations in Singapore. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, audience segmentation, and governance to strengthen reporting and data quality.

You will support future CRM and marketing automation initiatives, develop dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing analytics, data analytics, information systems, digital marketing, business, statistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing data analysis, email marketing analytics, digital marketing operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understanding of audience segmentation, campaign measurement, data quality, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize email marketing operations from data, process, governance, and technology perspectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience engagement trends; develop reusable reporting templates and dashboards.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Review current Mailchimp environment and identify system, data, and reporting limitations; define data requirements for future CRM initiatives.
• Create clear documentation, reporting definitions, governance guidelines, and handover materials for long-term sustainability.
