Job summary

OPENSOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist/Technical Developer to design and build CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, C#, and .NET. You will gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high performance and reliable software delivery.

You will work across SDLC Waterfall and Agile projects, engage in on-site support, training, and post-implementation activities while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of Dynamics 365 (on-premise and online).
• 3+ years of Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Portal).
• 3+ years of AWS or Azure experience.
• Proficient in C# and OO design.
• Experience with Webservice development (SOAP/REST).
• Proficient with Microsoft IIS and TFS.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements; prepare functional and technical specs.
• Architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, .Net.
• Provide onsite support and guide team members.
• Test configurations against requirements and deploy modules.
• Deliver training and assist with go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage client relationships and SLA-based service delivery.
