Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years with Dynamics 365 on premise and online.
• 3+ years Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years AWS or Azure.
• Proficient in C# and OO programming.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience configuring IIS and TFS.
• Willing to work in implementation and maintenance projects.
• Willing to work in Government and Private projects.
• Ability to work in Waterfall and Agile SDLC.

Aufgaben

• Gather requirements and prepare functional/technical specs.
• Present to management and incorporate feedback.
• Provide onsite support and client liaison.
• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, .NET.
• Configure Mailbox and Server Side Synchronization, CRM security roles.
• Implement asynchronous processes, workflows, plugins; troubleshoot CRM servers.
• Provide technical guidance to team; maintain code quality.
• Create test scripts and perform bug fixes; ensure performance.
• Deliver training to end users and prepare training materials.
• Manage go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Participate in requirements sessions; build prototypes if needed.
• Prepare project status reports, timelines, and budgets.
