Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is hiring a CRM Developer in Singapore to architect, develop, and support CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, C#, and .NET.

You will manage requirements, perform onsite deployment activities, and collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementations. The role demands deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 (on‑premise/online), Power Platform, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and solid experience with IIS, TFS, and web services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years with Dynamics 365 on premise and Dynamics 365 Online.
• 3+ years on Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• 3+ years with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong OOP understanding.
• Experience in Webservice development (SOAP/REST).
• Proficient in setting up and configuring Microsoft IIS.
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as TFS.
• Willing to work in implementation and maintenance projects.
• Willing to work in Government and Private projects.
• Ability to work in both SDLC Waterfall and Agile projects.

Responsabilités

• Gathers requirements and prepares functional and technical specifications.
• Presents to management, gathers feedback, and implements changes.
• Onsite support and customer interaction as needed.
• Architects and develops CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .NET.
• Configures mailbox, server-side synchronization, security roles, and teams.
• Implements CRM workflows, plugins, and asynchronous processes.
• Provides technical guidance to teammates and conducts testing.
• Configures modules to test against requirements and deploy.
• Prepares training materials and delivers end-user training.
• Executes cutover procedures during MS Dynamics CRM deployment.
