Job summary

Basil Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CRM Technical Consultant to develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration work.

The role requires strong programming skills across C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and SQL Server, plus experience with PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI. The successful candidate will analyze requirements, prepare documentation, participate in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), and ensure security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM 2016/2015.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or later, including configuration and development of processes, plugins and other customizations.
• Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, Power BI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process/program specifications & translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices.
• Make changes to configurable items, including hardware, software, documentation, etc., covering configuration management planning, configuration identification, controls & audits.
• Develop unit test package, execute tests & document results to ensure program quality.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT & implementation activities to fix reported problems/bugs for smooth production run.
• Investigate reported problems/errors and initiate amendments & testing so system operates correctly & efficiently.
• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Analyze functional requirements to translate into application design using established methodologies.
• Ensure codes comply with client security guidelines.
• Work with team lead to ensure designs meet architecture standards and satisfy requirements.

Primary Purpose:

The CRM Technical Consultant will act as a technical developer and system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics365 system(s). The individual will be responsible for development and maintenance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development.

Responsibilities :

Project Delivery :

• Analyze process/program specifications &translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls &audits
• Develop unit test package, execute tests &document test results to ensure the quality of the program
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment
• Investigate all reported problems/errors &initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly& efficiently
• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Analyze functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines
• Ensure codes comply with client security guidelines

Teamwork :

• Work with team lead to ensure design and program codes conform to architecture and design standards, and that design satisfies functional and system requirements
• Participate in requirements gathering; work with Business Analysts in reviewing and refining functional specifications
• Participate in peer reviews to improve project quality

Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM 2016/2015.
• Possess relevant system development /maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies
• Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, Power BI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or later, including configuration and development of processes, plugins and other customizations
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and relational database concepts
• Excellent time management skills, able to meet effort estimates and deadlines
• Customer focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand, debate and evolve requirements from idea to technical solutions
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Able to travel as required
