Job summary

RAPSYS Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist/Technical Developer to plan, implement and support CRM projects, balancing technical work with client-facing duties to drive successful deployments.

You will architect and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net; configure Power Platform components; ensure performance, security, and maintainability, and provide technical guidance to the team during go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years relevant working experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and Dynamics 365 Online.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Testing configuration against final requirements; deploy.
• Prepare training itinerary and materials; deliver training to end users.
• Go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage customer relationships and SLA delivery.
