Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Dynamics CRM professional in Singapore to design, customize, and maintain CRM solutions.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, develop plugins and workflows, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Proficiency in C# and .NET, plus exposure to Power Platform and Azure services, will be advantageous. Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365development.
Experience in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, andintegrations.
Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
Experience in developing and consuming REST or SOAP web services
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and PowerAutomate, will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of Azure services will be an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
Experience with source code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to support implementation and maintenance projects
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365solutions.
Participate in requirements gathering and assist in translating businessrequirements into technical solutions
Develop CRM plugins, workflows, custom modules, and integrations using CRMSDK, C# and .NET technologies
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP webservices and APIs.
Configure and support CRM security roles, teams, business processes, andsystem configurations.
Support mailbox configuration, server-side synchronization, and CRMadministration activities
Perform unit testing, system testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
Prepare technical documentation and deployment documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance services.
Work closely with project team members to ensure successful delivery of CRMprojects.
