Job summary

Singtel is seeking individuals for Data Centre Operations to monitor and manage critical facilities infrastructure. You will work in a 24x7 Centralized Network Operations Centre and be responsible for ensuring systems function accurately.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with facilities monitoring tools is advantageous, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Centre Operations or Facilities Operations.
• Basic understanding of Data Centre facilities systems including power and cooling.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical Data Centre facilities infrastructure in a 24/7 CNOC environment.
• Coordinate with onsite teams during maintenance and emergency situations.
• Maintain operational records and generate performance reports.
