Job summary

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) seeks a dedicated public-service professional to respond to consular inquiries from Singaporeans and families, ensuring accurate e-logging and timely follow-up. The role supports the Crisis Management Centre and coordinates with Overseas Missions and HQ to assist nationals in crises.

Qualifications

• Respond to consular calls and emails from Singaporeans and their families, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Log interactions and keep MFA Overseas Missions and HQ informed for effective follow-up.
• Maintain smooth functioning of MFA CRC and its transformation to a Crisis Management Centre during crises.
• Monitor and report breaking news on world events to MFA's Consular Directorate and coordinate with overseas missions.

Responsibilities
