Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking an Associate for the Credit Platform Services team to monitor exposures and support regulatory reporting and data analytics for Wealth Management Asia.

You will work with Lending Advisors and Credit Risk Executives to oversee loans, mortgages, and derivatives secured by financial assets. You will collaborate with cross-location teams and leverage automation tools to strengthen controls, risk reporting, and portfolio monitoring while engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution with automation tooling experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and understanding of risk measures.
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic and changing team environment.
• Confident and capable of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong solution-based problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the loan portfolio in line with credit guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with Credit Underwriting and Executives on exception handling for facilities.
• Provide Controls and Management Information Support reporting for internal Credit Risk metrics.
• Identify and implement controls initiatives with international teams to share best practices.
• Explore automation opportunities for reports using tools like Alteryx, Python, Unqork and Xceptor.
• Input and maintain credit limits and parameters in the system.
