Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office in APAC is seeking an Associate for Platforms & Infrastructure to help deliver scalable, compliant data and AI platforms across the region.

You will coordinate with vendors, support platform operations, and work with risk and compliance to meet regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in platform engineering, infrastructure support, or technology delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, big data platforms, and APAC regulatory environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with data governance or access controls is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and integration of APAC data and AI platforms.
• Support vendor coordination and solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Help implement data governance, access controls, and compliance measures.
• Contribute to platform monitoring, optimization, and incident resolution.
• Maintain documentation for platform processes and procedures.
• Support platform upgrades and migrations as needed.
• Track and report on platform usage and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
