Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Credit Administrative Support professional in Singapore to provide timely and accurate backing for wholesale and corporate banking partners.

You will handle loan disbursements, redemptions, project account payments, and collateral administration with strong attention to compliance and process controls. The role requires a diploma or higher, at least two years’ relevant experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher
• 2+ years relevant experience in similar roles
• Meticulous with strong follow-up skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Disbursement of loans and redemption of loans
• Payments for Project Accounts
• Administration and monitoring of collaterals and security documents
• Verify approvals are in accordance to policies and authority matrix
• Ensure conditions precedents are met prior to disbursements/redemptions
• Ensure payments under Project Accounts are processed per Housing Developer’s Rules
• Adhere to procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
• Attend to business partners’ queries & requests timely
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
