Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Corporate Loan Processor to manage end‑to‑end loan applications across multiple product lines. You will verify documentation, perform financial statement analysis and ensure compliance in online systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Finance or related field, 1 year of loan processing experience, and strong Excel/Access skills for data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Ability to analyse Corporate Financial Statements.
• Good computer skills including MS Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Digitally process Corporate Loan Applications such as Business Loans, Banker's Guarantees, Trade, Forex Exchange Lines, Overdraft Facilities, Commercial, HDB Shops & Industrial Property Loans and Equipment Financing and Corporate Credit Cards.
• Perform Accounting Spreads of Financial Statements.
• Conduct documentation checks on submitted Application Forms and Supporting Documents and ensures that they are complete for processing.
• Conduct Eligibility Checks on Applicants via Online Enterprise Financing System to ensure compliance on limit aggregation and conduct of accounts.
• Follow-up with Sales / Branches on outstanding loan documentation / information.
• Perform data entry and checks in Credit System for Evaluation, Facilitation of auto-generation of Letters of Offer and updating of Bank's records.
• Liaises with other relevant Business Units for loan processing.
• Handles weekly & monthly MIS reports for the unit.
• Creates and maintains MIS databases for operation records.
