HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore invites a high-calibre professional to join HSBC Life as Specialist Credit Control Reinsurance. You will manage queries, recoveries and related correspondence for the assigned portfolio while coordinating with channel partners.

The role requires experience in credit control and finance with strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to navigate legacy/run-off processes; open to Singapore-based candidates with valid work rights.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in credit control/processes within finance/audit is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Ability to manage multiple distribution channels with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Account handling for queries, recoveries and related correspondence with channel partners.
• Regulatory reporting including MAS debtor ageing and provisions.
• Operational support for efficient business operations and client servicing.
• Maintain communication with channel partners and coordinate actions across departments.
• Raise PRF requisitions and review payment requests for reinsurance.
• Review facultative reinsurance receipts and post manual journals.
• Review commission statement requirements for accuracy.
• Manually generate SOAs and monitor premiums and recoveries with Power Apps.
• Handle ad hoc requests and manage run-off portfolio in Power Apps.
• Review SOPs and provide formal sign-offs; support management reporting.
