Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Credit Analyst to join its regional finance team. You will conduct analyses of assets and monitor market developments to assess collateral quality and financing opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in credit analysis within corporate banking or external audit, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work across cultures with regional stakeholders. You will support deal structuring and present proposals to the credit committee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in credit analysis within corporate banking or external audit.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability to cross-cultural environments.
• Proficient written and verbal communication for regional operations.
• Familiarity with companies listed on regional stock exchanges is a plus.

• Monitor regional capital market activities and corporate actions (privatisations, takeovers, rights issues, IPOs).
• Assist senior team in presenting financing opportunities during screening committee meetings.
• Support deal structuring and negotiate terms for structured debt financing while engaging in the internal credit application process.
• Present proposals to the credit committee as part of the deal team.
• Review and assist in the preparation of legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and credit policy guidelines.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by department leadership.

• Monitor and analyze regional capital market activities and corporate actions, such as privatisations, corporate takeovers, rights issues, and IPOs.
• Assist senior team members in presenting financing opportunities during the screening committee meetings.
• Support deal structuring and negotiate terms for structured debt financing while engaging in the internal credit application process.
• Participate as a member of the deal team to present proposals to the credit committee effectively.
• Review and assist in the preparation of legal documentation, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations as well as the credit policy guidelines.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by department leadership.
