Job summary

Learning Kidz Academy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Creative & Content Lead toshape how Learning Kidz looks, feels and tells its story. This hands-on role drives content across social media, campaigns and events.

You will plan, shoot and edit photography and video content, design graphics for digital and print, and tell meaningful stories about children, educators and families while elevating the brand identity. Collaborate with HQ to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or related field.
• Strong in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling and detail.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Able to take an idea from concept to shoot, edit and publish independently.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As we enter an excitingchapter,we’re looking for a Creative & Content Lead to join our team andhelp shape how Learning Kidz looks, feels and tells its story.

This is a hands-on creative role. We’re looking for someone who can think of the story, create the visuals and bring the idea to life.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content for Learning Kidz across social media, campaigns and events
• Plan, shoot and edit engaging photography and video content
• Create polished graphics and visual assets for digital and print
• Identify and tell meaningful stories about our children, educators, families and community
• Lead the creative execution of campaigns and major brand initiatives
• Work closely with our HQ team to turn ideas into compelling content
• Maintain consistency and continuously elevate Learning Kidz's visual identity and creative standards

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting brand and content projects across the year, from campaign launches and events to storytelling projects and new creative initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, creative, design, social media or a related field
• Strong in graphic design, photography, videography and video editing
• A strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling and detail
• A natural storyteller who can find the story behind an everyday moment
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
• Able to take an idea from concept shoot edit publish independently
