Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably premium or casual fine dining.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a premium dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain refined presentation and premium dining standards at all times.
• Contribute to seasonal menu development and signature dishes.
• Assist in preparation, seasoning, and cooking of dishes.
• Support Head Chef with costing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Oversee smooth daily kitchen operations during busy services while keeping workspace organized.
• Participate in training and development of junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations (SFA/NEA, HACCP).
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; report faults promptly.
