Carrie K. in Singapore is seeking a Merchandising Executive who loves both numbers and jewellery.
You will own the merchandising cycle from inventory and reorders to pricing, product performance and promotions, using data and customer insights to drive smarter commercial decisions. You will analyse sales and stock performance across collections, manage stock levels and supplier timelines, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Production to curate the right product mix for events and future
At Carrie K., merchandising isn't just about keeping track of stock.
We're looking for a commercially minded Merchandising Executive who loves both the numbers and jewellery — someone curious about what customers buy, why certain designs fly and others don't, and what we create next. All Carrie K. jewellery are unique and designed by our team in Singapore, so insights from Merchandising impact what we create.
You’ll independently manage our merchandising cycle — from inventory and reorders to pricing, product performance and promotions — using data and customer insights to help us make smarter commercial decisions.
Analyse sales, sell-through, stock turn and product performance across collections, customer segments and price points. Spot bestsellers, slow movers, gaps and opportunities — and recommend what we should reorder, promote, reprice or rethink.
Manage stock levels and reorders, keeping bestsellers available without unnecessarily tying up cash in inventory. Manage SKUs, stock takes and inventory accuracy across our Atelier, HQ and gemstones.
Recommend retail pricing for jewellery, gemstones and diamonds to maintain profitability. Monitor costs, margins, gold prices and market movements and recommend pricing adjustments when needed.
Work closely with Sales to understand what customers are choosing — and what they're not. Turn those insights into recommendations for product assortment, future designs and merchandising strategies.
Turn insights into action. Dig into why something isn't selling and recommend what we should do about it — from product pairing and merchandising to promotions and other commercial actions.
Manage suppliers, purchase orders, delivery timelines, invoices, payments and incoming/outgoing shipments. Keep product information, costs and pricing accurate across systems.
Help curate the right product mix for our events and analyse what performed afterwards — so each event makes the next one smarter.
3–5 years' merchandising experience, ideally in jewellery, fashion, luxury, beauty or premium retail.
Confident with Excel and sales/inventory data — and can tell us what the numbers mean and what we should do about them.
Commercially curious. When something sells exceptionally well — or doesn't — your instinct is to ask why.
Spot issues and opportunities, investigate why they're happening and recommend the next action independently.
Can independently manage inventory, reorders and suppliers while keeping an eye on the bigger commercial view.
Meticulous. Jewellery leaves little room for mistakes in pricing, specifications or stock.
Enjoy working in a small, entrepreneurial team where you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance and our Founder.
