Job summary

Diversey Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will help execute campaigns, create collateral, coordinate events and manage day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate has a marketing-related diploma or degree and at least 1 year of experience, with strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1-year experience in marketing, communications, design or event management.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with printers, vendors or agencies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media and sales materials.
• Ensure all materials follow corporate branding guidelines.
• Proofread marketing, product and event materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with printers, vendors and suppliers on quotations, artwork, production and delivery.
• Coordinate printing and marketing giveaways, ensuring timelines are met.
• Support customer events, trade shows, workshops, conferences and internal meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, registration, catering and giveaways.
• Assist with product launches, including launch materials, sales tools and customer communications.
• Track timelines and project deliverables.
• Support purchase requisitions, vendor coordination and invoice processing.
• Maintain marketing databases, image libraries and document repositories.
• Provide general marketing, sales and administrative support as required.
