Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a highly creative Designer to join the Pursuit Management team. You will develop visually compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing deliverables for client-facing engagements across print and digital formats.

You will stay ahead of design trends, push aesthetic boundaries using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, and collaborate with brokers and senior leaders on high-stakes deals within fast timelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Degree in graphic design/visual communications with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills.
3–5 years of design experience in a relevant industry.
Proven ability to work from briefs and deliver polished output independently with minimal direction.
Strong visual storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

Develop visually compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing deliverables for print and digital formats.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques.
Push the aesthetics and leverage PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other tools.
Collaborate with the business to conceptualize key messages from brief to execution.
Integrate photography, video, and new digital technologies into marketing efforts.
Share ideas with CBRE’s design community across Asia Pacific.
Liaise with and manage vendors as required.
Take ownership of deliverables end to end.
