Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of events experience preferred; fresh grads ok with strong internships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Keen eye for detail and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Multi-tasking, creative, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
• Proactive mindset suitable for fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events from concept to onsite delivery.
• Translate client briefs into practical concepts, run-of-show, and timelines.
• Provide onsite support, troubleshoot issues, and elevate as needed.
• Assist with budget tracking, quotations, and commercial alignment.
• Support sales pitches, client presentations, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare event documentation, checklists, floor plans, staffing plans, and post-event reports.
