Job summary

Melior, a luxury events agency with SG and HK footprint, seeks a Creative Director to lead creative output across events, activations, collections and campaigns.

You will translate the Founder's vision into high-quality work, develop big ideas, and guide a talented team while nurturing senior client relationships.

This role demands 10–12 years of leadership in luxury events, a premium portfolio, and the ability to pitch concepts to top clients.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of creative leadership experience across events and experiential delivery.
• Strong luxury/premium portfolio targeting UHNW audiences.
• Able to develop big ideas, moodboards and experiential concepts.
• Strong pitch/presentation skills to sell creative ideas.
• Experience building and leading creative teams.
• Strong understanding of creative delivery and production.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead creativeoutput and standards across the group's events, activations, collectionsand campaigns.

• Cannot influence seniorclients/stakeholders.


• Poor under pressure orunable to juggle multiple projects.


• Pattern of very shorttenures.
