Job summary

Melior is seeking an Account Director for luxury events with operations across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will own and grow a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNW accounts, leading client relationships from briefing to delivery.

You will drive retention and growth, lead proposals with delivery teams, and mentor Managers and Senior Associates to ensure top-tier execution.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in events, marketing, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Strong experience with luxury brands, financial institutions, MNCs and/or UHNW clients.
• Existing senior client network in HK or Singapore.
• Proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts.
• Strong commercial skills, including proposals, negotiation, budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading corporate events and mentoring teams.

What you'll be doing:
