Oysterly Media, based in Singapore, is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships and drive high‑level short‑form campaigns for global brands on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You’ll stay close to the creative process and the work, delivering campaigns that clients love.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in account management or client‑facing roles; agency experience helps but attitude, organisation and an eye for great content matter most.

Qualifications

• At least four years in account management, project management or client‑facing roles.
• Agency experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and keep campaigns moving.
• Write and brainstorm content ideas for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Lead client conversations, calls and presentations.
• Build end-of-month reports and extract actionable insights.
• Coordinate with UGC creators and manage content creation.
• Review editor outputs to ensure quality before client delivery.
• Keep timelines, feedback and approvals organized.
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts and propose new campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to clients.
