Confetto is seeking an Account Manager in Singapore for a hybrid role that blends client servicing with hands-on social media execution. You will build strong client relationships, oversee campaigns, and actively create content calendars, plan shoots, and guide social media management tasks.

This role suits someone comfortable in client meetings and in Google Sheets planning a month of TikTok Reels, with 3+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing.

Formación

• 3+ years in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating content calendars and shoot planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand voice.
• Develop shoot plans, mood boards, and shot lists for campaign production.
• Coordinate with the creative/production team during shoots and ensure deliverables match the plan.
• Oversee day-to-day posting schedules, community management, and performance tracking.
• Translate client objectives into social-first strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, UGC).
• Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports and actionable insights.
